Peachtree On-Site Training

When I come to your office for Peachtree on-site training, YOU'LL FEEL THE STRESS MELT AWAY AS YOU AND YOUR TEAM BECOME MORE EFFECTIVE. I will teach and guide you, then I'll help you stay on the track. As you and your co-workers begin to work more effectively, you'll be amazed to see your business become more profitable and enjoyable. Every problem is turned into a learning experience for you and your staff.

To help you learn and get the most from your computer accounting, you need someone who is three things: accounting expert, computer expert, and EDUCATOR - and these are exactly my qualifications. With my emphasis on education, you'll never have the feeling that someone came to your office, pressed a lot of keys, and then left.

During most of the 1990's I ran accounting software training through classroom sessions at various locations around New England. What I found from these years of training was that people learn accounting better when working in their own office using their own materials. In fact, one session at your office can be equivalent to two or three sessions in a classroom. Because of this, in 2001, we began training exclusively through on-site sessions.

During an on-site training session I will show you or someone on your staff how the handle basic transactions that you'll need to run your business. Then we will schedule one or more follow up visits to be sure everything is being handled correctly and to cover more advanced topics. On these subsequent visits I will also answer any additional questions that have arisen. Most visits are 3.5 hours in duration. Sessions are purposely kept short so you are not overwhelmed with new information.

After the initial visits I am available for periodic visits if desired, emergency visits if necessary, and also for phone consultations. In addition to this, if you like, I can act as an interface between you and the person who files your tax return. If there is certain information your tax advisor needs but is not getting from your Peachtree reports, I can help you understand what your tax advisor is asking for and work out changes in procedures so that the desired information becomes available.

As an accountant specializing in teaching Peachtree accounting software I've always tried to make my services as affordable as possible. One important difference with my Peachtree on-site training is that although I am available to help you on an on going basis, I also encourage my students/clients to handle things on their own that they reasonably can. This saves you money on consulting fees and increases your feeling of independence.
