Our custom forms can add power and functionality to your Peachtree accounting. Because Crystal is included as part of all Premium versions of Peachtree, we are able to create special reports for people who use Peachtree Premium.

Don't confuse what we can do with Crystal Reports to make custom forms with what you can do with the standard forms design feature in Peachtree. Crystal is a sophisticated report and form design tool that goes way beyond what can be done with the forms designer that is included with all versions of Peachtree.

If you want to move around the fields on your checks or invoices so they fit better on your preprinted forms, this can typically be handled by the standard forms design process. Even if you want to add some new fields to your check or invoice, this can generally be done with Peachtree's standard forms design process. The time to have us help you by creating the custom forms you need with Crystal is when you've tried the standard forms design process and it did not have the power you needed.

Suppose, for example, you'd like to add fields to be printed on your sales invoice. The fields that you want to use are in Peachtree, but you can't find a way to put them on the sales invoice using the standard Peachtree forms designer. Contact us and we'll create a design so you can get the fields you want included on the invoice.

As another example, perhaps you'd like to add a new sales order field that specifies the color of the item being purchased - or maybe you'd like an extra field to record the location of the item in the warehouse so employees can easily pick out the items to fill the order. Adding new fields to the detail lines on an Invoice or Sales Order is an especially important capability that we've learned to do with Crystal. This can greatly increase the power of your Peachtree Software.

We will program form requests for as low as $299.00.* For this unbeatable price we will create and test your form at our office. When the form is completed, we'll E-mail it to you along with simple instructions showing how to copy the form file and set it up to be fully integrated into Peachtree. After following our instructions, your new form will appear on your accounting menu - as part of your Peachtree Crystal Reports.

Included with your new form is 30 days of free support. We will work with you via phone or E-mail to assist you with any questions which may arise in the use of your form and we will correct any problems that may occur in its operation.

Whether you want to learn more about Crystal and intend to create your own custom forms or you just want to make some form modifications, you'll be able to look at the design screens we used when we created your form. You'll be able to see how your form works and, if desired, you can use our form as a template for the creation of additional similar forms.

Once payment is received, we'll begin work on your request and will send you the completed form file with setup instructions within a day or two.
