Often a vexing problem can be remedied by a simple phone call, but if it is needed, it only takes us a few minutes to switch to remote access support and there is no additional charge for this!

SUPPORT CALLS: Support calls are charged at a fixed price for the incident, at 98.00/hour - prorated for the amount of time involved, or may be covered under a support plan. When you contact us with a description of your problem, we'll let you know if it is an issue where we can quote a fixed price. Also, if you are interested, be sure to inquire about support plans which we offer.

Many support calls are charged at an hourly rate. For example, a call might take 30 minutes to resolve. The charge for this call would be 98.00 x .5 hours = $49.00.

Other than free support calls (see below), a minimum fee of $49.00 applies to support sessions. For example, a support session might take 15 minutes to resolve. Instead of calculating the charge for this call as 98.00 x .25 hours = $24.50, the minimum fee of $49.00 would apply.

Several quick calls that occur throughout the course of a few days are treated as one call. If several small issues arise during a two or three day period, your charge will be for the combined times of the calls.

Any time spent speaking with factory technicians about your problem will be included in the total call time. Occasionally, I will consult factory support staff about the difficulties you are experiencing. I talk their language and can quickly check on issues related to your problem.

FREE SUPPORT CALLS: A single support call that is resolved in less than 5 minutes is free of charge. Please don’t be afraid to call with those pesky little questions. I am glad to hear from you and keep in touch in this way. I don't mind addressing these issues and I know what a relief it can be to get help with some of the little things that come up.

YOUR SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED! If you don't feel that your problem was solved completely and efficiently, or if you don't feel the amount charged was reasonable, please let me know right away. I will work with you to determine a partial or a full credit. My most important goal is that you be happy with our service. I'm looking forward to helping to melt your problems away!
