Often a vexing problem can be remedied by a simple phone call. Whether it is Peachtree, One Write Plus, QuickBooks, or Open Office, call for phone support between 6:00AM and 9:00PM - seven days/week. Even if I’m not be by the phone when you call, I will be checking for messages during these extended hours. If you work late into the evenings feel free to call as problems arise. You’ll be happy to get issues resolved without having to wait for regular business hours. When you call for phone support, if I am not available, simply leave a message and I will call you back as soon as possible. Calls are returned either the same or next day. If you would like your call returned at either end of the day, such as 8:00PM or 6:15AM, please indicate that when you leave your message.

PHONE SUPPORT CALLS: Support calls are charged at 85.00/hour, prorated for the amount of time involved. For example, a more extensive phone support call might take 30 minutes to resolve. The charge for this call would be 85.00 x .5 hours = $42.50.

A minimum fee of 35.00 applies to all billable calls. For example, a shorter phone support call might take 15 minutes to resolve. Instead of calculating the charge for this call as 85.00 x .25 hours = $21.25, the minimum fee of $35.00 would apply.

Several quick calls that occur throughout the course of a single week are treated as one call. If several small issues arise during a single week, your charge will be for the combined times of the calls.

Any time spent speaking with factory technicians about your problem will be included in the total call time. Occasionally, I will consult factory support staff about the difficulties you are experiencing. I talk their language and can quickly check on issues related to your problem.
